Return and Exchange Policies

As a small business, we operate on slim margins and cannot process refunds to protect our sales. Exchanges are available for another piece of equal or lesser value, or as store credit at our discretion.

  • Items must be unworn, in perfect original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Tribal Bandidas—the customer is responsible.

  • Outbound shipping for new purchases is calculated per order and charged to you. To sweeten it, enjoy 10% off your next purchase as compensation!

  • You have 14 days from receipt to initiate an exchange.

  • Tribal Bandidas is not liable for items once handed to the courier.

Shipping calculated at checkout; times estimated 3-7 days in PT. Delays due to couriers/customs not our liability. International rates vary—EU customs may apply from July 2026.

All pieces are handmade, upcycled, or one-of-a-kind—variations may occur.

  • Prices are final; no refunds except as noted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders.

  • Limitation of Liability

  • Handmade items may vary slightly. Not liable for allergies, wear/tear, or misuse. Product safety per EU standards
